This policy explains how Roxen Designs ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit www.roxendesigns.in or buy our digital German-learning pack. By using this site or placing an order you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Contact details you give us: name, email address and, if you enter it, phone number.
Order details: what you bought, the price, the date and the payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment providers. We do not store them.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and cookie identifiers.
Messages you send us, such as support emails.

Why we use it

To process your order and deliver your download.
To send order confirmations, download links and support replies.
To send learning tips or offers by email only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To measure and improve the site and our advertising, for example with analytics tools and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel.
To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with Shopify (our store platform), our payment providers, email and analytics or advertising tools, and public authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
